GAME EDITIONS
1st Edition
If your game features the 1st Edition marking, it indicates that it was produced with the original artwork and game rules, likely in limited quantities rather than mass production. To preserve its value, consider keeping the game in its original box and taking good care of it, as it could become a collectible item in the future.
Handmade
If your game features the handmade marking, it means the components—primarily the cards—were individually crafted and finished by Craig Skobel during the earliest stages of Skobel Games, prior to mass production. These are among the very first games ever created by the company. To preserve its potential value as a collectible, consider keeping the game in its original box and taking good care of it.
ABOUT
Skobel Games is an independent tabletop, board and card games publisher located in Wombourne, South Staffordshire. All the games are created and designed in house at the Skobel Games workshop by the owner
Craig Skobel.
The company was established in 2022, however many of the games under the Skobel Games name first came into fruition back in 2019/2020 with Craig spending many years and months developing existing games whilst creating new additions along the way. Tiger was the first game published by Skobel Games with many more due to be released in 2023.
MISSION
Skobel Games objective is to bring to the gaming market unique varied games with low environmental impact as possible, minimising the use of plastic and creating unnecessary waste.
DONATE
All donations are very much appreciated and will greatly help with the expansion of Skobel Games.
Funds raised will go to reducing the manufacturing cost so we can offer a lower retail price to our customers.

We will also use funding to develop our games into digital games allowing them to be played across multiple platforms in the gaming world.
REFUND AND RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return within 14 days upon receiving your item, and your item must be in acceptable condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at skobelgames@gmail.com. Make sure you use the subject line title "Return" when composing your email to us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The return cost is equal to the shipping rate you were charged when ordering. These costs will be deducted from the return amount. Also, keep in mind that the initial shipping charges will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, missing pieces, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the case of missing game-pieces, If the shipment is missing pieces, Skobel Games reserves the right to complete the original sending to its intended form before a refund is claimed. Any missing pieces of the board game/extension will be sent by mail.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
​
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
​
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This process may take up to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
SHIPPING
Skobel Games is not responsible for any import taxes / taxes or duties on any order placed by you the customer. The customer is responsible for any fees occurred during delivery after purchasing products from Skobel Games.

Separate delivery times apply to the games and merchandise categories in our online shop. This is due to Skobel Games having our games already stocked and ready to send. However our merchandise comes from our supplier which operates as a print on demand basis.

Please keep in mind that when placing an order of both our games and merchandise mixed that the games will arrive a lot sooner as stated. So please be patient for your merchandise products to arrive.
